The Technical Support Office (TSO) of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Constituency has been responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Constituency and serves as the go-to hub for any Constituency related issues since 2014. The roles and responsibilities of the TSO include:
• communication with the Global Fund Secretariat and Office of Board Affairs, member CCMs, as well as other interested parties;
• organization of annual Constituency meetings;
• organization of travel of delegates funded by the Constituency to Global Fund Board Meetings and other Global Fund events, as required;
• dissemination of relevant documentation to Constituency members in a timely manner;
• commission and supervision of contracted work;
• provides technical inputs, capacity development and exchange opportunities on the basis of the specific requirements by Constituency members;
• provides orientation sessions to new Constituency members.
